How we handle information submitted through this website.

Project enquiries
Enquiry links open your email application. When you choose to send an email, we receive the address and information you include so we can respond and discuss your project. The website does not submit a project enquiry on your behalf. Please do not include payment-card details or other sensitive information in your initial message.
Client payments
Project invoices and any available billing portal use separate Stripe-hosted pages. This website does not collect or store payment-card details. Payment information entered on those pages is handled by Stripe under its own privacy terms. If a project was commissioned through a partner, use the payment instructions from your contracting party.
Information we collect
If you join the update list, we collect the email address you submit, the time of submission, the form source and a two-letter country code when our hosting provider supplies one. We do not store your full IP address in the sign-up record.
Why we collect it
We use sign-up information to administer the list and send the requested notification when the studio opens. We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party advertising.
Storage and service providers
Production sign-up records are stored in private hosted storage. Providers used to host and operate this website may process information for us under their service terms. Access to the sign-up export is restricted to authorised administrators.
Cookies and measurement
Private preview access may use an essential signed cookie to remember that a visitor entered the shared access password; that cookie expires after 30 days. Public pages do not require it. The current site does not use advertising cookies or third-party audience tracking.
Tracking signals
Because the current site does not use cross-site advertising or audience-tracking technology, browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change its behaviour. Hosting, storage and font-delivery providers may receive routine technical information needed to deliver and secure the site; we do not authorise them to use sign-up addresses for advertising.
Retention and your choices
We keep sign-up information only for as long as it is needed to operate the requested update list and handle related requests. Email us to request access, correction or deletion.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, we will post the revised version here and update its effective date. Material changes to what we collect or why we use it will be reflected before the changed practice begins.
